separate apartments are expectedly large :) I think, I could bring a horse(not allowed haha) and it will be a place for it
Clean, a quiet place(regardless of quite plenty of other inhabitants at the moment)

Massive room, beautiful window view, very clean, and very quiet. There was a mini fridge in the room and a kitchen with all the appliances you might need.
There is nothing wrong with the accommodation itself.
However, it is quite on the outskirts of Berlin. I arrived late in the evening by public means, and there were less than 10 min walk; the neighbourhood is a bit dark and quiet. As a female solo traveller, it felt dodgy; HOWEVER: note to all the other female solo travellers: IT IS SAFE. We might feel uncomfortable with dimmer lights, but it is safe.

The room was very simple, but had all the necessary facilities (private bathroom, fridge, table, wardrobe). Having a shared kitchen (microwave, oven, etc.) was very convenient for avoiding eating out every day. The WiFi, which seems to have been added recently, was fast and worked like a charm. Self-check-in was very straightforward. The location is good, with the train station, tram/bus stops, and a supermarket nearby.
Questionable cleanliness of the towels.
