Location was perfect.
A number on the property would have been nice, so you don't have to work out your at the right property. A torn net curtain in the front bedroom was a bit of putting when we first looked at the property, but was lovely inside.

Location was perfect, parking is good, everything we needed was available. Comfortable and quite which was a bonus being that the kids are off
Sofas could do with a upgrade as they seem to be hard to get off of again as u sink a bit much. Otherwise the place was lovely and this didn't spoil our holiday at all.

Loved the chalet, Great value for money, lovely owner who made us feel welcome. The location was great, had live music in the Taven, locals made us feel welcome. Saturday morning, set an alarm to go and watch the sunrise on the beach which was stunning.. then drove to Horsey to see the seals on the beach. Was just what we needed. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be going back next year 😊

The bed was comfortable
Needs a deep clean throughout..
Toilet loose as it was last year and no t.roll holder
Sofas are very uncomfortable and outside seating needs cleaning. It's a shame we would have booked again as this our second stay.
We were lucky as visiting friends but would have been very unhappy if had to stay in there all day due to awful weather!
