There were a few misunderstandings when communicating with the host. The owner does not manage the property instead GoHost manages it. There were times that we had to wait for GoHost to check with the owner to get clarifications or answers to requests. However, in the end clarifications were made and our requests answered. We really do appreciate the effort to satisfy our requests. We normally like working directly with the owner of a property which can also cut down on costs, such as additional fees incurred when a property management company is involved and we did experience that. The walls could have been a bit more cleaner which had a few marks and fixtures around some sockets were missing. We also learnt a valuable lesson, don't put toilet paper in the toilets and instead put it in the waste bins. This is very important and something that we are also starting to do more where ever we are. It helps to not clog up the infrastructure and easier for waste management.

They didn´t have our reservation when whe arrived and didn´t know the code to enter the apartment. Finally resolved.

Excelente ubicación, en una zona tranquila y muy segura. A unos 200/300 metros de los 2 shoppings más grandes de Asunción y de Cellshop. En la esquina hay un minimarket 24 HS que tiene absolutamente de todo. A pocas cuadras hay un par de restaurantes y farmacias. El departamento muy cómodo y completo. Éramos 4 adultos y estuvimos muy a gusto. Se puede recorrer la zona a pie ya que es muy segura. Los porteros (Vicente) muy amables y cordiales todo el tiempo.
