Lovely location, safe to walk around area and nice food options nearby
It would have been good to be able to leave our luggage on our departure day but there was no provision for this

1. The apartment is in a good condo building in the Hipodromo / Condesa.
2. The apartment is on an upper floor and it is not noisy. Excellent views from the large balcony. The internet is good. The kitchen has all basic utensils.
3. The access was easy via instuctions and a code sent by email. We never saw anyone from those that manage the apartment.
4. The area is nice, with tree-lined streets, residential buildings, coffee-pastry places and restaurants.
5. If you need to leave your luggage upon check-in / check-out you can do it with the guards of the condo property. Those who manage the apartment will say that it cannot be done at the property, but in fact it is possible by arranging it separately with the guards.
6. Those who manage the apartment gave us an extra hour for the check out time.
1. My main complaint: I was on a business trip and I asked to have an invoice/receipt, when I booked the property. The answer from the property was that I would have no problem in receiving it at the end of my stay. And as you could guess by now, I never received it, in spite of my numerous messages via booking, whatsapp and direct calls. If you go for business and need to recover your costs by presenting a receipt, it might be wiser not to book with them.
2. The bedsheet in the main bedroom was stained (a long thin black stain suggesting it came in contact with metal . machinery).
3. The duvets are synthetic and it is hard to sleep with them, making one hot. We had to take them out of the sheets.
4. The pillows are very thick and hard and there is no choice, all are the same.
5. The twin-bed mattress in the second bedroom is quite uncomfortable and hard to sleep on it.
6. The entrance door to the apartment does not close easily, it has to be slammed hard.
7. Some of the furniture is / appears used.

Me gustó que el apartamento tiene dos habitaciones cómodas, con dos baños. Y el poder usar la lavadora y secadora. Las vistas son bonitas, y además también la propiedad tiene gimnasio.
Lo que definitivamente le bajó muchos puntos a este apartamento fueron los baños. Los baños al parecer reciclaban agua, o no se. Pero el color del agua era un verde desagradable que dejaba manchas en la taza del baño. Aparte que olía demasiado mal al bajar la sisterna. De verdad que una vez casi no pude dormir de lo mal que olía, otro día casi me vomito (sin exagerar)Al llegar al apartamento nos recibía ese olor, que fue lo que nos incomodó.
Aparte de eso hubo un inconveniente con un late check out prometido y luego incumplido. Así que nos tocó llevar nuestras maletas muy tarde en la noche a otro sitio porque no las pudimos dejar en esta propiedad.
Lo único bueno es que las personas que nos ayudaron en Boga, la otra locación, ellos fueron muy atentos y serviciales.
