The apartment is very modern, comfortable, clean and well presented. The location was excellent, with Bar Beach, Dixon Park Beach and Merewether Beach all close by. There is a café just around the corner, while the supermarket is a little further away but still within easy walking distance.
The apartment was a little smaller than expected, but this was only a minor issue and did not detract from what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Geen droogte. Geen droger wat er wel in stond. Put van douche liep niet door.

It was clean, modern and comfortable. Good location, close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Nice part of Newcastle and not far to city.
Difficult to operate the fans and lights. Need signs on/above buttons to say which are lights and fans and which remote belongs to which room. More detailed instructions should be in the manual.
Blind/curtain needed in kitchen to block out sunlight.
Shower water runs out of recess and wets floor. Better drainage needed.
