Immer wieder eine super Unterkunft !
Die Räume sind verhältnismäßig groß, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Waschraum und die Dusche sind ein Träumchen, gerade die Waschmaschine ist ein riesen Pluspunkt.
Die obere Etage beinhaltet drei Doppelbetten, die bei den warmen Temperaturen im August auch nötig waren.
Das Haus liegt sehr nah an der Kita-Senju Station, einem richtigen Knotenpunkt für den Bahnverkehr. Die Innenstadt ist auch nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg entfernt, mit vielen Izakayas, Supermarkt, Kaufhäusern und allem, was man sich vorstellen kann.
Schade, dass man das Dach und zugehörige Dachterrasse nicht betreten darf.

L'emplacement est très intéressant, dans un quartier résidentiel calme mais à deux pas des commerces et d'une station de métro.
L'appartement est spacieux.
Il faisait un peu froid, mais les maisons japonaises sont toutes mal isolées, ce n' est pas propre à ce logement.

Very rypical japanese style, location, neighbourhood and ease of access to public transport. Ease of communication with owner.
Not a big issue but house is quite cold if not using ac heating. Top terrace was not availble atm.

Bon emplacement, proche de toute commodité. Bon rapport qualité prix pour l'emplacement. Hôte à l'écoute. équipement de base présent. Conviens comme dortoir.
Plutôt Petit appartement pour un groupe d'amis, exiguë. Conviens plus pour une famille. Propreté laissant à désirer. Confort minimal.
