Very disappointing. We were looking forward to staying there after travelling by train from Sydney.

Apartment 3409. No breakfast available. Collected keys from shop as finally directed to do so. Had to walk in the rain. Great view from 34th floor.

Television didn't work due to wrong input cable. It cannot be connected to the wall. Tap assembly in kitchen is very loose and hard to use and if it comes off there could be a flood. Only one bedside chest of drawers with lamp. Bottom drawer very hard to use. Spare large cupboard door leaning on wall in corner of living room could be a hazard.

I loved the view and location

The mattress was sunken in the middle , the futon couch wasnt the greatest for comfort when watching a movie , TV took 5 minutes to actual load up and didnt get a chance to use facility pool because we need to checkout by 10am

the bed was comfy but dipped in the middle a little bit which is fine for a single person but a bit annoying for couples, was clean and very tidy

there was a constant noise that i’m assuming was an exhaust fan of air vents, which was even louder then the wind outside

I loved the view and location
