Een heel fijne groene oase dicht bij de zee. Mooie en verzorgde tuin met verschillende tropische fruitbomen. Proper en goed onderhouden verfrissend zwembad met een kikkerbadje voor kinderen 40 a 50 cm diep en aansluitend een standaard zwembad. Kamers waren proper en verzorgd, badkamer en trappen buiten in een soort gepolierde beton wat het extra vlak maakt en dus proper en hygiënisch. alles oogt mooi en netjes. Balkon is bedekt met een soort klimop, en die schaduw is zeker welkom. Als die vol met bloemen staat moet het prachtig zijn. De eigenaar deed er alles aan om ons verblijf geweldig te maken. Zo gaf hij onze kinderen verse cocosnoot en liet hij een vogelnest zien. Het ontbijt was goed en voldoende.

It’s a beautiful home, with flowers cascading down the balconies, really nice pool, and the family takes great care of it, clearly putting lots of work everyday into maintaining it. There’s shaded areas around the pool to rest in, and it’s possible to get some fresh juices and smoothies to have around the pool. The rooms are clean, the beds very comfortable and the showers wonderful and hot. I also found the rooms were well sound proofed- even with parties nearby I didn’t hear anything in the bedroom.
The hosts are lovely people and very helpful- they helped us with laundry and provides tuk tuk rides to Mirissa and Matara.
The location is great, very close to Madiha beach where you can spot turtles, and lots of good food options nearby.

Beautiful rooms - I was on the first floor so not directly next to the pool which I appreciated. The little terrace is super special and feels very private. Staff were very kind. Great location near beach but not lots of traffic going past. Loved the small pool (although as this is a family friendly hotel just to be aware it can get very popular with kids)

No daily clean, no hot water and balcony was completely screened by foliage.
