This property is exceptional very convenient to town and sewerby. It has great views of the ocean where you can sit on the balcony and watch the sun. All facilities you could want for a great holiday. The owners were very helpful and communicated very well with us. They couldn’t do enough. We took our four grandsons age range from 3-14 and they loved it. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in apartment 6 which is at the top of the building… It is a fabulous apartment. Two bathrooms and three bedrooms so plenty of space for us and our two grandchildren.. The views are absolutely stunning from the balcony and a great view while washing up the dishes. 🤣🥰

There was nothing we didn’t like however I found my bed was a little soft, but that’s just personal taste..

We were a family of 6 staying for a 3 night break in August. We found the place really modern, spacious, and clean, and although it was a 15 min walk into the town… it was near the land train stop, and a 15 min walk to a family pub near Sewerby. The view from the balcony overlooking the beach was amazing! Would definitely stay again!
