Lo staff è gentilissimo e molto preparato, specialmente il cameriere Alex e i due receptionist.
La camera era un po' piccola e con i servizi essenziali ma pulita e comoda. Il bagno dovrebbe essere più grande ma adattandosi va bene ugualmente. La posizione è strategica, vicinissima al mare e a molti servizi. Noi abbiamo scelto il pernottamento con colazione, che è molto ricca e variegata con molti dolci fatti in casa. Ci sono piaciuti molto. S può cenare in hotel prenotando in giornata. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene con un menù curato ad un prezzo onesto. Anche i prezzi del bar sono ottimi, i più bassi di Cervia.
Il bagno era un po' piccolo.
