When first arrived, had to call Simon to find the location of where to park. Great communication and found very easily. Even though the cabin is close to a cottage and a couple of other properties the cabin and outside area is extremely private. Sitting in the cabin looking out, or in the outside area you could be in the middle of nowhere.
It was clean and very presentable. Bed was very comfy.
The outside bath was AMAZING!!!! It is huge, bubble bath was also supplied.
Walked over to the local pub and started talking to some locals and one just happened to be Simon, the host, who was very nice.
Only stayed for one night but wished we had stayed for another.
We plan on coming back and for at least two nights.

The outdoor bath!
DVDs old school touch!
Cleanliness wasn’t up to scratch. Dust along all skirting boards, shower was very slow to drain so had to lift the cap and it was disgusting. Needs some tlc especially for the cost. At a glance it looks ok but they definitely need to clean

The cabin was the perfect size and layout for us as a couple. Decor was up to date, clean and we loved the dvd collection! Highlight was the bath outside and the incredible view. You don’t need to do much else when you’re here apart from enjoy the surroundings. We also got the train and it was really easy to get there via taxi. We want to come and stay again!
It’s not that we didn’t like it, but I am a clean freak and I enjoyed the bath outside but there was one hair on the side! Not sure if there’s any anti bac wipes at the property but it could be a good option so it can be wiped down before using it! Hasn’t put us off coming back though. Really clean overall!
