Todo. Sin duda fue un acierto venir a este lugar. Cada detalle está pensado para que te sientas lo mejor posible. Y la simpatía de Fransesco ya lo pone a otro nivel. También la chica del desayuno. Para mí es uno de los mejores sitios donde he estado a través de Booking. La limpieza es perfecta.

Elégedettek voltunk a szállással. A szoba tiszta, igényes és rendezett volt, minden megfelelt a leírásnak. A szállásadó rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt, bármilyen kérdésünk volt, készségesen segített.
A szállás közel volt a vasútállomáshoz.
A reggeli inkább egyszerű volt, és a választék nem volt túl változatos, de jól lehetett vele lakni.
Összességében jól éreztük magunkat, és szívesen ajánljuk a szállást mindenkinek, aki Nápolyban keres kényelmes, tiszta és jó elhelyezkedésű szállást.

Ho soggiornato molto volentieri in questa struttura. La stanza era pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Ho apprezzato molto il bagno, spazioso e con finestra.
La posizione è davvero ottima: metro, stazione ferroviaria e fermate degli autobus si trovano a pochi passi, rendendo gli spostamenti molto comodi. La zona è tranquilla e mi sono sentita a mio agio per tutta la permanenza, senza riscontrare alcun disagio.
Un soggiorno sicuramente positivo, ci tornerei volentieri!
Come piccolo suggerimento per migliorare ulteriormente l’esperienza, rivedrei la colazione: capisco la difficoltà nel gestire gli sprechi, ma un buon cornetto fresco avrebbe sicuramente aggiunto un tocco in più al soggiorno.
La struttura è giovane e si percepisce la volontà di migliorarsi, quindi sono sicura che alcuni aspetti verranno perfezionati nel tempo. Un altro piccolo dettaglio riguarda l’aria condizionata, che nella mia stanza era posizionata direttamente verso il letto e non sembrava possibile orientare il flusso d’aria (forse per una mia mancanza non ho trovato la modalità corretta).
Sono comunque osservazioni fatte esclusivamente con l’intento di dare un contributo positivo e aiutare a rendere il servizio ancora migliore.

The room seemed to be clean, nice to be able to shut the blinds at night, the manager was friendly and accommodating.
Hotel on the 8th floor so the elevator was a plus.
the floor the hotel is at wasn’t soundproof at all so it got noisy from very early on. Mattress and pillows were hard. Also the bed wasn’t attached to the wall so every movement made the bed shake and squeak, which must have disturbed the other guests as well.
