初めての民泊でしたがとても明るいスタッフさんに接して頂きとても快適な時間を過ごす事が出来ました
エレベーターにも助けられました

セルフチェックアウトができてよかったです。急な予定変更とかトラブルがあっても気を遣わなくて済みます（実際に新幹線遅延で予定より遅くなりました）。
また、メッセージのレスポンスが非常に早くて助かりました。
今回1人で宿泊しましたが、十分すぎる広さがあり、施設もとても清潔だったので快適に過ごせました。立地も非常によく、徒歩圏内に飲食店、コンビニ、スーパーもあり便利でした。

My hostesses Aya was warm and welcoming and helped me in every way ..even walking with me and hailing a taxi( my first experience)to go to Kamaguchi Ukiyoe Museum.She translated many of my requests,offered good advice and made my stay a happy one.The Apartment was fabulous and had everything you could need...space comfort,big table/ desk/ washing machine,dryer,good bathroom..close to little Supermarket and nice restaurants

既有日式的榻榻米，又有西式的餐桌座椅，甚至还有宝宝椅，非常棒。房东贴心的提供了各种烹饪的厨具和调料，虽然我并没有在房间内烹饪。房间内提供了周边的餐饮以及旅游建议信息。房东甚至还提供了自行车供短途出行👍🏻。
