Very quiet place in a lively area, in an inner courtyard where you can’t hear the noise. Spacious room for Paris, everything newly finished and well decorated.

The apartment is excellent. The facilities are superb and the location is just what we wanted. It was very clean and the bed was very comfy. The decor is really nice and the air con was welcomed as it was quite warm when we were there. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and there are lots of restaurants, bars and a nice bakery nearby.
The only thing that slightly spoiled things for us was that you can hear music from what I think is a nightclub nearby. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday, and the music was going until about 4am. It wasn't massively loud, but you can hear the base thumping and it disturbed our sleep both nights. This is such a shame because it was the only issue we had and I would have rated the apartment a 10/10 if it wasn't for this. I can see now that several others have mentioned this, so hopefully the owners can sort it out because it was definitely an issue. We stayed in the Monet apartment on the first floor, not sure if other apartments can also hear it.

La Boheme was exceptionally clean, and pretty well equipped. The double bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning effective.
The studio apartment was up a lot of steep stairs, that needed to be negotiated with care. The studio was very compact, unfortunately typical of Paris, with the exception of the shower room, which was spacious.
