Falta de boa vontade para resolver problema na acomodação.

Boa localização e café da manhã excelente.

O atendimento não foi o esperado e fomos instaldos em um quarto onde a descarga estava quebrada. Relatamos o problema e a resposta foi de que ou seria naquele quarto ou não seria em nenhum, que procurassemos outro hotel. Não houve se quer a possibilidade de providenciar alguém auxiliar a resolver o problema.

Dentre as opções da cidade o hotel possui um bom custo benefício.

Café da manhã é ótimo, boa variedade, vão repondo sempre. As copeiras são prestativas, simpáticas e ágeis. A localização é muito boa. As roupas de cama e toalha são de boa qualidade. Portanto, no geral, um ótimo custo benefício para a cidade que não possui boas opções e os valores são muito altos.

Atendimento da recepção deixou muito a desejar. Recepcionista com má vontade, nos atendeu usando gírias e expressões totalmente inadequadas. Não conseguiu incluir corretamente os 3 hospedes na reserva, demorou muito pra conseguir finalizar e nos entregar a chave. Mal nos cumprimentou em todas as vezes que entramos e saímos. Pedimos mais uma toalha e a recepcionista disse que não tinha, sendo que éramos 3 no quarto e só tinham 2 toalhas de banho. Tivemos que insistir e com muita má vontade ela foi buscar. Limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar, lodo nas paredes do Box. Garagem muito estreita e de difícil manobra.
