The single room was very spacious, with a beautiful bathroom. the beds were comfortable with a lot of power sockets and places to hang clothes. The food at the restaurant is amazing and the staff organizes daily activities. It is fairly close to town and to Vanilla beach so it is easy to reach them both by tuktuk. Beautiful views at sunset
The price was quite expensive for a hostel. The average age is veryyy young, think late teens to early 20s for the most part so if you are looking for a more mature hostel (late 20s- early to mid 30s) this is not the vibe. I wish that the beach in front of the hostel was swimmable but the tide makes it challenging and also the locals said the water there is not super clean for swimming

It was ok, the food was a bit pricey for what I got
The location, no one told me there was a second entrance during low tide so I had to use the first entrance which is the only one with directions, and had to walk though the water with my suitcase.
Also, why does no one accept 1000 pesos when that’s all the ATM spits out?? I kept asking the staff if they could give me change for a 1000 pesos and they would give me the standard lie that they didn’t have change, which I don’t believe as they only accept cash payment for food. And because the hostel is away from town and you have to catch a tuk tuk, you need to have 100 pesos change on you, but the staff would refuse to give out change.
