The full kitchen is good, the hot tub works well and is clean, comfortable bed, and fun Malibu bungalow. The location is good and only about 15 minutes from El Matador beach.
The trails are not marked or at least when I went. You can only figure out the trail for about 25 yards.

We stayed 3 nights for our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. The property is only a couple of miles from campus, so was located perfectly for our family. The Ranch House is located in a quiet, woodsy area which felt wonderfully private, yet close to everything we needed. Two bedrooms, great shower, plenty of towels and almost all of the ‘extras’ that you might have forgotten to pack. We used the hot tub twice, and it was clean and heated to the perfect temperature. Would definitely stay again!
Malibu weather did not agree with us, was drizzly and rainy. No complaints with the property. The Malibu Ranch Guest House Hideaway was just what we wanted.

Stunning property surrounded by nature, yet close to PCH and easily accessible. Very dog friendly, the ranch house was cozy, but plenty big to not feel cramped. It was exactly what we wanted.
The rain 😂
