Ottima posizione, vicino alla metro, negozi e vari posti da take away, casa sistemata bene per 4 persone, sia letto che divano comodi.
Un po’ datato, necessita di alcuni lavori.

Son emplacement et sa tranquillité sont parfaits pour visiter Paris. Parking, commerces et restaurants à proximité !
Heureusement j’avais mon produit vaisselle et un torchon avec moi. Le prévoir dans la cuisine serait un plus.

Gostamos da localização, mesmo sendo distante da torre. Lugar seguro e aconchegante, não tivemos problemas na acomodação.

- gute Lage (ruhige Gegend)
- gute Anbindung Metro
- Parkhaus um die Ecke
- Bäcker und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung
- entspricht teilweise nicht der Beschreibung( minimal Ausstattung)
- bereits ziemlich abgenutztes Apartment ( Schimmel im Bad, Boden abgenutzt, etc.)
- teilweise noch dreckiges Geschirr und Kissenbezug (Schlafcouch)
- keine Spülutensilien/ Spülmittel
- etwas klein für Familie mit zwei Kindern
