Unsere Gastgeber sind ein sehr nettes Paar und wir hatten jederzeit gute Ansprechpartner.
Claudia hat uns am Appartement zur verabredeten Zeit empfangen und uns alles gezeigt.
Wir haben vorher von Francesco schon die ersten Tipps für den ersten Abend bekommen.
Das Appartement ist genauso wie beschrieben und natürlich lädt die großzügige Terrasse auch zum verweilen ein.
Wir machten einen Stop hier um in der Umgebung einige Orte in der Toskana zu besuchen um dann mit der Fähre weiterzufahren.
Wir können diese Unterkunft gut weiterempfehlen.

So, let's start first with the owner, Francesco. He contacted us immediately after we made the reservation and provided all the necessary information. He also reached out to us before our arrival. I have nothing but praise for Francesco—he was very kind and helpful. Upon our arrival, he gave us suggestions for restaurants and places to visit and was available to assist us at any time. If I had to rate him on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give him a 15😊
Now, regarding the apartment and its location, here's what I can share. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. It is equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and has a spacious terrace. The location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and a mini shopping center. It's a great area for walking.
There is free parking in front of the building. While it can be challenging to find a parking space during the day, however there are always available spots after 10 p.m.
We had a wonderful experience during our vacation in Livorno, and if we decided to visit again, we would definitely choose to stay at "Tra mare e centro città".

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns sehr gut bzgl. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants beraten. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hat er auf alle Fragen sofort reagiert und beantwortet. Auch telefonisch war er stets erreichbar und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zu Seite. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Betten bzw. Matratzen waren super, wir haben prima dort geschlafen.

Una fantastica accoglienza, la posizione perfetta per visitare sia la costa che il centro. Casa pulita e accogliente, dotata di ogni comfort.
