Great location and easy communication.

Great location, walkable distance to the old town and marina. Apartment was clean and had two bathrooms which was nice. Communication with the hosts was easy and nice.

The apartment has very little natural light, some things needed a little fixing up but when we notified the hosts about these things at check-out they seemed to really take note of them so hopefully they will be fixed.

À l’exception de l’emplacement, qui est le seul point positif, tout le reste est largement en dessous du niveau attendu. Nous avons constaté la présence de cafards ainsi qu’une forte et désagréable odeur provenant des canalisations et des égouts. Cette situation nous a obligés à éviter l’appartement pendant certaines heures et à n’y rentrer que tard dans la soirée, afin d’échapper à ces nuisances. La cuisine ne dispose pratiquement pas d’ustensiles permettant de préparer les repas. Les deux téléviseurs sont très anciens et ne sont pas connectés à Internet. Toutes les chaînes disponibles sont en espagnol, sans aucune prise en compte de la diversité des clients et de leurs différentes cultures. Il n’y a également aucun emplacement prévu pour garer la voiture, ce qui constitue une difficulté supplémentaire. Par ailleurs, les responsables de l’appartement nous ont demandé de verser une caution supplémentaire de 150 €, ce qui n’était pas une expérience agréable. La literie est également de qualité insuffisante et les équipements de douche mis à disposition sont loin d’être suffisants. Enfin, l’heure de départ, fixée à 11h00, est beaucoup trop matinale, surtout lorsque l’arrivée est prévue à partir de 15h00. Nous faisons confiance à Booking.com pour choisir nos hébergements, mais ce type d’expérience est franchement décevant et ne correspond pas au niveau de qualité que l’on peut attendre, surtout au regard du prix payé. À ce tarif, le rapport qualité-prix est clairement excessif. Nous espérons que Booking.com prendra en considération ce type de situation, car de tels logements risquent de nuire à la confiance que les clients accordent à la plateforme.

Está muy bien que bocado y las habitaciones son amplias. Te dejan amenities y un kit para fregar vajilla.

Huele muy mal, no sabemos por qué pero el olor cuando entrábamos en la casa era horrible, menos mal que había un ambientador en la entrada…
