Our flight came to Milan really late, like 10:30-11pm, but once we arrived it was easy to retrieve the keys without bothering the owners, especially since we followed the directions provided.
nothing major, but since we arrived late would have appreciated one bottle of water. But it's not a major thing! Appreciated our stay anyhow.

The place is very clean. The location is not too far from the center. It is nice to have washing machine. Kitchenette is well maintained and equipped.
They don’t have extra pillows and blankets. I use extra pillows to support lower leg due to back issue. It would be nice to provide more pillows for travellers.

Very well located.
The whole apartment is really small, especially the shower that is really tight, so if you are a bigger person you will probably suffer to take a shower.
Also, there absolute no flexibility regarding early check-in or late check-out not even for like one or two hours even though we could see on booking.com THAT THE PLACE WAS INDEED AVAILABLE.
