Posizione molto comoda ai servizi. 5 minuti da metropolitana, tram,ristoranti,caffetterie

Il locale ha indubbiamente bisogno di qualche lavoretto di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria (il calorifero in bagno non funziona e quello della camera è sottodimensionato). La caldaia è posta praticamente in camera da letto ed è rumorosa alla partenza, quindi di notte dà fastidio. La pompa di calore non si è potuta usare per mancanza del telecomando. Riguardo la pulizia... l'alloggio ha bisogno di maggiori attenzioni; è talmente piccolo che basterebbe poco. La muffa che si forma in bagno a livello del pavimento viene via con un po' di candeggina ma... bisogna anche piegare la schiena e sfregare un po'!! La polvere sui tubi della caldaia,sulla stufetta elettrica,sui mobili viene via passandoci uno straccio...

Хареса ми местоположението - близо и лесно се стига от метро станция;тихо място и всъшото време близо до оживена и атрактивна част от града с изобилие от ресторанчета с вкусна храна.апартамента предлагакомфорт чистота и удобства, чай , кафе! Препоръчвам ! Пак бих се върнала там!
