keys were in the key safe. Code email prior and very easy to find.
The fridge was a bit warm, Im guessing it hadnt been on for very long if the property had been empty. It was nice and clean however but we didnt use it because of the temperature.

The apartment was very clean, good quality bedding and comfortable bed. The lounge was cosy.
Had trouble with the heating even with help from customer services. The apartment sleeps six but the lounge seats 5. There was no table to eat at, there were 4 mugs, no cups and saucers, and three trays. The radiator in the bathroom did not work and water was leaking through the roof into the lounge near to a light fitting. For me the worst aspect were the stairs leading from the outside into the apartment, they are narrow, steep, no handrail and in my opinion. dangerous.
