The location is just perfect.
It's clearly visible that the last refurbishment was done about 3-4 years ago and all the wear from previous rentals since, shows nearly everywhere inside the premises.
Somebody broke in the plaster board wall in the kitchen, hardwood flooring buckling in the living room, had only 2 water glasses, the TV stand looks broken in the middle too.
Toilet watertank occasionally overfills and continously runs the water. Inside the shower cabin the the drain cover is broken, both shower heads worn out and the top one is full of limescale.
A warning sign says, not to touch the thermostat because the boiler might stop working. Regardless of us not touching it, the last night it lost all the pressure and there was no hot water. Fortunately, after contacting the owner they sent us instructions how to resolve the problem quite promptly.
We booked the flat for 4 person, but only 2 sets of bedsheets and towels were prepared for us. Luckily the spare ones we found in the bedroom wardrobe.

Ampio soggiorno, spazi ben distribuiti. Biancheria in quantità utile anche per un cambio. Letto comodo e posto molto silenzioso.
Stabile un po' fatiscente benché la casa sia ristrutturata in ogni sua parte in modo molto gradevole. L' unica pecca è che l'appartamento non era stato ben pulito e ho dovuto provvedere personalmente.

Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko na stare miasto i na Kazimierz. Klimatyczna, stara kamienica.
Ogólnie mieszkanie wymaga remontu, prysznic w łazience, podłoga w salonie (krzeslo wpadało w dziurę pod panelami), meble do wymiany (zapadająca się szafka rtv pod telewizorem). Ale nie tu problem... w mieszkaniu było po prostu źle sprzątnięte. Kurz w łazience, niedomyty zlew, prysznic w rogach, półka pod prysznicem z włosami, używany zmywak w kuchni, zacieki na szafkach kuchennych, pajęczyny w salonie. Uważam, że nie ważne za jakie pieniadze wynajmuje się lokal, ma być po prostu czysto. Patelnie dramat, czarne od spodu, oblepione boki. Takie rzeczy się wymienia, nie kosztują dużo.
Pościel wymięta, z dziurą i poplamionym prześcieradłem. Widać, że ktoś tam sprzątał, ale tak niedokładnie... Sytuację ratuje świetna lokalizacja.
