스태프들은 굉장히 친절했고 항상 상주하고 있어 언제든 도움을 요청할수있었음. 가격대비 시설, 청결도 좋았고.
사실 이가격에 더 이상 바랄순 없다고 봄.
GEM,, NEB모두 도보거리.
박물관이 목적인 분들에겐 강추.
어려운일에 빠졌었는데 예약하기 전인 상태였을때도 도와줘서 너무 고마웠음
The staff was very friendly and always available, so I could ask for help anytime. The facilities and cleanliness were great for the price—honestly, you can't ask for more at this rate.
Both GEM and NEB are within walking distance, making it a perfect choice for those visiting museums.
I was in a difficult situation, and even before I had made my reservation, they helped me out. He even took me to the bank and the pharmacy.
Overall
their service was truly touching.
Plus, the view is truly great
단점. 주변에 박물관외엔 갈수있는곳이 아무데도 없어 택시타고 피라미드지역으로 가야함. 왕복 택시비 생각해도 이득.
점심은 박물관내 식당 이용하면됨.(입장료 내야 들갈수있으므로, 박물관 방문할때만)
입구는 매우 허접하므로 놀라지 마시라

Everything feels like home in this hostel, from the owner, Mr Waleed, and Eng. Ahmad, they will help you with anything you need . Down to the stuff that will make everything to let you feel happy , relaxed, and welcomed. The room is clean, comfortable, and last but not least, it's safe even if u didn't lock your door... I've been to 29 countries before and never felt the same vibes as in this hostel.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately a mixed experience. When we arrived, we were told quite rudely that this was not our hotel, even though we showed them our booking confirmation. Because of this, we had to find and stay at another hotel for the first day. Later in the afternoon, they realized that we actually did have a reservation there.
During our stay, the electricity went out for a while, which meant we also had no water for about an hour. Since the power was out, the elevator didn’t work either, and we had to walk up ten flights of stairs.
Another negative was that several hidden costs appeared when we were checking out, which was quite frustrating and unexpected.
One positive thing, however, was that the hotel host kindly accompanied me when I went out to do some shopping so that I would feel safe. That was a thoughtful gesture and appreciated.
Overall, the experience had both positive and negative aspects, but there were definitely some issues that made the stay less comfortable than expected.
