The apartment has a lot of potential. It is quite spacious, the terrace is lovely, and having a washing machine is very convenient. These facilities are definitely a big plus and could make the apartment a very comfortable place to stay.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the cleanliness. The kitchen cabinets were very dirty, as were the cutlery and the oven. The wardrobe in the bedroom was also dirty, there were cobwebs in the room, and on more than one occasion we even found ants in the bed.
The entrance to the building is already very narrow, and there was constantly a bicycle left there, making it difficult to pass, especially with luggage. Several times, it almost fell on me while I was trying to get through.
The air conditioning works, but it makes strange and loud noises, making it uncomfortable to sleep with it on during the night. However, because of the heat, sleeping without it was almost impossible.
The pillows were also very worn out, misshapen and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
