Bel emplacement mais logement presque insalubre (moisissures)

La vue, la situation géographique, la superficie de la maison, chien accepté, l'équipement (sauf sèche-linge absent)

Les moisissures dans les murs, la salle de douche du rdc sans aération avec des meubles cassés, la saleté du logement, l'odeur indescriptible dans une des chambres et l'odeur de vieille cave dans certaines armoires de la cuisine, l'eau qui passe sous la porte de la cuisine quand il pleut, les télécommandes des télévisions en fin de vie, l'humidité générale dans la maison, le manque de sèche-linge et donc 3 jours pour faire sécher notre linge dans le salon, vétusté générale du logement. Après une semaine, nous n'avons pas encore reçu de geste de la part de l'agence de location, geste promis à notre départ. Cette maison ne devrait pas être louée dans son état actuel mais elle a un beau potentiel si elle était rénovée.
