The location was great, very convenient for wandering the city streets and public transport connections. It was light and spacious with a large rooftop balcony as an unexpected bonus.
The apartment didn’t seem well set up as a self-catering rental. Communication via Novasol and with the local contact was poor. There was quite a lot more effort involved than usually expected eg. arranging to rent and pay for bedlinen and towels from a third party (who was difficult to contact), as they weren’t included. Also having to pay the rental price to the Novasol agency separately and upfront, which wasn’t made clear on the booking.com site. More description about the outside appearance of the property and exactly how to access would have been useful - we arrived at ~1am due to our flight time and it was quite stressful trying to locate where to go and how to access the correct door in the middle of the night when there was no one to ask (I had asked the local contact for more info about this beforehand but received very little assistance). There was absolutely no written information supplied at the property, eg. we had to ask the local contact about the location of the washing machine and how to connect to wi-fi. Most of the ‘wet room’ floor got completely flooded when using the shower - very bad design. The bedding and towels supplied were inadequate (single bottom sheets for a double mattress, one bath towel and hand towel per person for a two week stay). The balcony wasn’t very usable as there was no outdoor furniture other than rough pallets to sit on.
