Amazing stay at The Luxe Suites KLCC by Cozy Stay 😊 The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The city view was incredible, especially at night. Swimming pool was awesome and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

As soon as you are actually in the room, you have a lovely little house to enjoy. It is also very accessible for getting to public transport or just taking a nice walk to the city. The room is what you come for, nothing else. Because that is the best part! Comfortable bed, nice amenities, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Unfortunately, the staff is impersonal. No greeting, no small talk; phone matters are more important at check-in. After 5 minutes, they ask what you are doing there and offer you a seat. Waiting isn't a problem for me, but you aren't there until they are ready to be. The same goes for hospitality at check-out; I have to make a private call myself from the check-out desk, where staff are already sitting... just to get someone else to come and handle the check-out. All in all, the organization feels sloppy and chaotic. On the chat, they are super spontaneous and friendly, which is a second face. Fine, but keep that face on when I come to stay at your establishment.
