Dat de kamers ruim zijn. We hadden de familie kamer.
Accommodatie niets.
Voor het personeel daar is de communicatie te kort.
Wij hadden 2 extra bedden genomen. Maar daarna heb ik dit volledig betaald. Maar met het uitchecken hebben ze die 2 bedden terug aangerekend omdat het personeel waar ik het geld betaald heeft niets in de computer heeft gezet. Het komt presies uit dat ze het geld dat ik betaald heb in hun eigen zak hebben gestoken. Vind wel niet oke want ze rekend ons dan terug die 2000 peso’s. En deed moeilijk dat ik zei dat ik het wel betaald heb.
Weet wel dat het 1ste keer dat ik deze hotel genomen heb maar nooit meer. Slechte communicatie

Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The cleaning staff was awesome
The Air-conditioning wasn't working and it was miserable, hot and the staff didn't fix it till the next day. The front desk wasn't very helpful. This was very embarrassing because when we stayed before everything was great and Toni our front desk lady was awesome but she wasn't available during this stay. I booked this for my fiance and her sister and we had recommended hotel lucca very highly but they were very disappointed 😞
