The room / appartment looked freshly renovated in very high quality, small but really nice with all amenities you can think of. Very helpful and friendly contact at Hedonistria!
Had we stayed on a higher floor (there are 3 more) we would have given a 10!
The room / appartment (Zlatna Irena) is on the groundfloor which is not indicated on the German version of booking (but is on the Croatian version as we later found out when we discussed this with our contact). Had we known this, we would not have booked it due to our preferences. The location of the building (which is all renovated and in exceptional shape) is super-convenient though in a small quiet alley close to the center. If you keep the windows closed, the room stays quiet but then you need the A/C on ...

a perfect stay! the location was ideal: both central and quiet. the space is even larger than it looks in the photos and everything was clean and new. we will definitely be back very soon.
the WiFi was on the slower side, but we were using our eSIMs so that wasn't a big deal for us.

nice flat close to everything, nice view from upper floor
The accommodation was not ready for the check in time but we were not informed and waited outside ( at 3pm around 38 degree celcius) to receive the code for the lock box.
The internet was not working and the host had no idea how to solve it, it took a couple of hours to come up with a solution, the internet was still very weak during our stay.
We informed the host that the AC was leaking water but they did not even reply to our message.
