Everything was perfect! The food was excellent, and the room was large, spacious, very clean, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi.
The location is wonderful, peaceful and quiet, surrounded by fresh mountain air and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The gondola lift is right behind the villa, which is a great advantage. The view is absolutely beautiful, and hearing the gentle murmur of the nearby stream makes the atmosphere even more relaxing.
There is also plenty of parking space, and the road to the property is very good and easily accessible.
A perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and recharge. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back!

Ar fi putut și zic eu era obligatoriu ca măcar trotuarul până la cazare să nu fie cu gheață . În rest totul e super.

Camerele sunt frumoase, curate și amenajate modern. Locația este într-o zonă liniștită, aproape de natură, iar piscina și curtea sunt plăcute. Proprietatea are potențial și ar putea oferi o experiență foarte frumoasă.
Din păcate, experiența noastră a fost umbrită de atitudinea proprietarei. Am parcat în locul unde erau parcate și celelalte mașini din fața vilei, fără să existe vreun indicator cu „Parcare privată” și fără ca la cazare să ni se spună că nu avem voie să parcăm acolo. În loc să ne roage politicos să mutăm mașina, proprietara ne-a vorbit pe un ton agresiv, ne-a grăbit și m-a numit „nesimțită”. Consider că un astfel de comportament este inacceptabil față de un client, mai ales în condițiile în care situația a fost generată de lipsa unei semnalizări clare. De asemenea, piscina a fost ocupată aproape permanent nu doar de turiștii cazați. Cele opt șezlonguri erau ocupate de aceștia, iar noi, deși eram clienți ai vilei, nu ne-am putut bucura în liniște de facilitățile pentru care am plătit decât seara Camerele sunt amplasate chiar lângă piscină, astfel că zgomotul a fost constant. Un alt minus este faptul că în baie nu am găsit gel de duș sau șampon și a trebuit să mergem în oraș să cumpărăm. În plus, după incident, ni s-a cerut să parcăm pe un teren neamenajat, fără indicatoare, aflat mai jos de proprietate, între resturi de moluz și gunoaie ceea ce a însemnat să cărăm bagajele pe jos. Dacă parcarea din față este privată, aceasta ar trebui semnalizată corespunzător pentru a evita astfel de situații.
