Not going back - nice inside apartment but not for us.

It was a smart property inside - cleaner very friendly

The smell that is gut wrenching when you walk in until you open all doors and shutters, sofa bed was broken and knew about on arrival so had one night without a bed for my daughter the cleaner dropped off a airbed then sofa bed was fixed on 3rd day. The property had so much building work going on day and night and very noisy. No sun loungers around pool other than 1 broken cracked on so not the most relaxing. The property is mainly residential and out the way from everything. The entrance and corridors and lift were questionable and worrying to walk down dark and gloomy. Hair left in toliet and sink in clumps.

I stayed 1 out of 3 nights and would never stay there again.

At the beginning, the host was very helpful in giving directions to get to the apartment. We got there at 4pm (as previously planned) and the maid was completing her work - (she seemed rushed in her work in order to leave on time). The situation got worse after. Parking was available close nearby and no cost.

After getting to the apartment, we left our things to go visit and came back at night around 10:30pm. We saw that the sheets had stains on them, some sheets were missing (no flat sheet to cover yourself), no pillows with pillow covers on them (only pillows with decorative pillow cases - pillow shams), floors in the 1st floor were dirty with sand and pieces of food and body hair was found on a few areas of the bathrooms. After contacting the owner late at night, he wanted me to contact his maid (he didn't seem like he wanted to do it) to fix this. I chose not to do it at 11:00 pm but confidence was lost when the basics stuff was missing in order to accommodate a family of 4. We decided to leave the apartment after 1 short night (had to sleep in my clothing and the kids covered themselves with our own beach towels). I asked for a partial reimbursement which the owner agreed to at some point (after several complains and telling him that despite the fact that the cleaning lady would pass by again, our confidence was lost) but then wanted me to have to reimbursement made by her. The whole situation was not pleasant. I never got any money back from him or the maid and was left texting him and her for another 2-3 days. I'd never stay there again and i don't recommend this place.

Pity about the building itself - wouldnt stay again

The flat itself was spotless and had all that we needed. It was very spacious with 2 bathrooms and showers.

The corridors to the apartment were very dark and unclean and at times felt unsafe. The pool area was beyond difficult to get to, had only 3 sunbeds which were unusable. It may be also a residential building as there was easily 8-10 children running around the stairwells, pool etc. Outside the building, there were people hanging around which stopped us walking back alone.

O interior do apartamento encontrava se remodelado e com bastantes comodidades, ou seja, bons equipamentos, utensílios etc.

O apartamento encontrava-se remodelado e, de um modo geral, apresentava boas condições. No entanto, nas casas de banho verificava-se um forte cheiro a esgoto, aparentemente proveniente da canalização, o que acabou por afetar negativamente a estadia. Apesar da boa localização (perto das ruas principais), a zona do apartamento, mais precisamente do prédio em si, era antigo e com maus cuidados. Limpeza fraca, sobretudo a limpeza do chão.
