A special short break enjoying the luxurious self contained rooms of the fine Old Custom House right in the heart of Poo

Pooles Old Custom House is a beautiful landmark in a lovely town. It is right on the quayside. We could get up in the morning and walk straight out along the quay in warm September weather. We were just minutes walk away from the ferries, the best pubs and restaurants and the town’s impressive museum. The restaurant downstairs serves sumptuous breakfasts too.

There is nothing not to like here!

Fantastic stay, highly recommended

The location is brilliant, right on the quay. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, the accommodation is lovely and the little extras, coffee machine, fruit is a lovely surprise. I can't recommend this enough and will definitely return. Ray

We wanted a few days away, after a difficult year and chose Poole. We were not disappointed.

We liked Custom House because it is situated on the Quay. Also the restaurant served delicious meals.
