A rare find. An apartment is good for a family with 2 kids. The kitchen is well equipped (loads of cookware and appliances). There is enough space for everyone. Toilet and shower are split which is also very convenient when you’re >2.
The terrace is giant and very enjoyable. You have a nice view at the Aravis.
Only 10 min walk to the Rosay lift.
While dining outside on the terrace I felt unsafe due to other guests from the 4th floor putting dishes on the edge of their balcony. Once a knife fell down landing on the terrace.
