Stella Nova is conveniently located to parks and provided shuttles to other Universal properties. Food was good at the restaurant.
The matress was cheap/uncomfortable, very minimum amenities in the room vis-a-vis price of the room per night. A bar of soap instead of soft soap in shower and vanity. Bed covers were just a sheet and a sliver of a cover. C'mon, why not splurge on a duvet situation. Coffee machines in the room were cheap like a motel 6. Not best value for money. And upon arrival the system was down and we had to go through a manual check-in and ask for my early entry park tickets later.

Hotel is really cozy, modern, it gives that clean and relaxing vibes, after a long walking day at the parks it is perfect to rest
For a hotel that is designed for people on vacations coming back from the parks to a dirty room is something that made me feel desapointed, they only fix your beds and change towels every other day or upon request

The pool area was good in terms of size and cleanliness. The hot tub was great for the kids.
The rooms are only cleaned every second day meaning if you have 4 to a room and shower daily you are left without clean towels. If the decision is being made to clean on a 2 day rotation extra towels should be provided. The cleaning overall was poor. There was always some hair left in the shower. The bed sheets were not cleaned and replaced every second day in 10 days one of the beds was changed once and the other twice but only when a specific request was made for it to be changed. The timings are also not ideal and overall the cleaning really impacted our stay.
