Super, je recommande et reviendrai sans hésiter!

Hyper bien placé, a quelques minutes du métro Abesses et de sa rue très commerçante. Appartement bien aménagé, lumineux, propre et joliment décoré. Literie confortable. 1er étage, pratique quand on arrive avec une valise.

Ancien immeuble parisien, donc on entend le voisinage et les entrées et sorties d'immeuble, mais ayant l'habitude, cela ne m'a pas dérangé. Un deuxième double rideau à la fenêtre de la chambre couvrirait d'avantage la fenêtre pour plus d'obscurité, mais une fois de plus il s'agit d'un petit détail.

Ein schöner Ort, um Paris zu erleben.

Wir waren für 5 Nächte in diesem Appartement. Den Weg vom Gare du Nord haben wir zu Fuß zurückgelegt, was sich gut machen lässt. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, bietet aber ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen. Sie ist sauber, das Bett ist gut, die Dusche ist in Ordnung. Die kleine Küche wäre noch besser, wenn zumindest ein kleiner Kochtopf Teil der Ausstattung wäre. Die Lage in einem lebendigen Umfeld ist hervorragend. In der Regel stehen vor der Wohnung Leihfahrräder verschiedener Anbieter für Ausflüge in die Stadt bereit. Bei unserem Aufenthalt in Paris war es sehr heiß. Es gibt einen Ventilator. Zwischen 22:00 und 23:00 Uhr wird es auf der Straße leiser, sodass man auch bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Ab morgens 7:00 Uhr wird es wieder belebter, wenn die Müllfahrzeuge kommen. Ab 8:00 Uhr bewegen sich die ersten Touristengruppen den Montmartre hinauf. Alles in allem, ein schöner Ort, um von hier aus Paris zu erleben.

Poetico

La posizione dell'appartamento è fantastica per viversi Montmartre in modo unico. Metro a pochi passi per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo in pochissimo tempo.

Lo scarico della doccia ostruito che comportava l'allagamento della cucina dopo ogni utilizzo, anche breve. Abbiamo segnalato immediatamente il problema ma non è intervenuto nessuno nonostante ci avessero rassicurato in tal senso.
