The property, was comfortably and easy to walk into town centre took about 7-10mins from the house. The rooms where all lovely and I’m a big book person so all the books around the house was a nice touch
The kids didn’t like the dolls in the room or the rocking house they were slightly frightened of them.

The location was excellent - in a quiet street and easy walking distance to the town centre
It was great to have an outside area at the back of the house especially in the hot weather, but the table and chairs needed a very good clean and the garden area a tidy up. It let down the very well-presented house.

Location was excellent. Washing machine was a bonus and worked well. The bedding was of good quality but quilt was far too heavy for the time of year. Plenty of cleaning materials, washing up liquid, disinfectant, etc. Tea, coffee, milk sachets on arrival.
Everyone is different but far too much clutter for our liking. Stuff everywhere. Quite dark rooms, even on a bright day. The photos on the site make it look much lighter and less cluttered than it actually is. The surfaces and bookcases need a good clean. The towels provided were not too inviting, although looked clean enough. I like white, fluffy towels, perhaps others would find this too critical.
