I loved the fact it was close to where I wanted to be. Is very small but everything I needed. Close to shops etc and the people were lovely.

My husband and I stayed at Livadia House while visiting family in Bexhill. As we left it a little late to book, I stumbled across this place, which looked like great value for money and was near our family. Natalie and John were the loveliest hosts - friendly and accommodating, and they made some excellent recommendations for things to do during our stay. The room is cosy, so we would recommend this for couples, especially with a shower in the main room and a small bathroom, but this didn't bother us. We arrived later than the original check-in time, and Natalie made sure we were welcomed and checked in, which we really appreciated.
One of the reasons we booked here during the height of summer was that the listing specified air conditioning - the (blue) room we stayed in didn't have this, but I'm sure they would accommodate a fan if this was needed. One thing I would recommend is some smaller cups for water, as we found it was hard to fill water bottles in the small bathroom sink.
