I stayed at this accommodation, and it was a real surprise compared to all the other places I have stayed in Split. The building looks like a modern urban villa, without excessive amenities, but with everything you really need for a comfortable stay.
The rooms are new, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom has everything you need to make your stay pleasant. The air conditioning works perfectly. The building is located on a quiet little street, where there is usually parking available right in front.
It is not in a noisy area, so you can truly enjoy your stay and have a good night’s sleep. The support throughout my stay was excellent and always available, and the hosts took care of every detail to make sure everything was comfortable and enjoyable.
I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Split and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The location is not really close to anything, messaged staff to change my pillows to a softer one no one got back to me, could have at least had some water in the room on check in

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable.
We arrived late at night and, in darkness, it’s almost impossible to find. To be fair, the staff responded quickly to our call but the building has no signage until you get to the door, which from our perspective was round the back. Also be prepared for at least a 30 minute walk to get anywhere worth seeing, which is uphill on the way back!
