מרפסת שלווה, עם אפשרות עישון אך ללא חציצה עם השכנים
יש פינת קפה לכל החדרים עם כל האמצעים
היתה אזעקה שעבדה 24 שעות
דלת מרפסת שלא ננעלה ורק למחרת באו לתקן

לאחר ביקורנבגן השלושה חיפשנו ומצאנו פנינת מרגוע,מיקום במרכז העיר,בקרבת מסעדות וגם סופר בקומת קרקע,מאוד נהנינו וללא ספק נבקר שוב

מיקום מצויין, קל הגעה.
חניה בשפע במפרצוני חניה ברחוב, לצד הבניין.
החדר והשטח הציבורי אסטטיים ומזמינים.
נקי מאוד.
מקלחון אטום וניקוז מעולה.
במטבח המשותף מוצרי חשמל וכלים חד"פ, לא לבישול.
מרפסת גדולה ונעימה.
אינטרנט. למרות עזרת בעלת המקום לא היה ניתן להתחבר, אך לא היה משמעותי לנו.
בתיאור המקום אפשר "להרים", לציין שיש מיני בר בחדר ומוצרי טואלטיקה. אמנם נראה בתמונות אך לא תמיד תמונות משקפות את המציאות...
