Clean, comfortable, looked just like the pictures. We were arriving late at night and leaving in the morning, and we coordinated everything without trouble. Juan was very kind and helpful.
Bunk beds' mattresses where way too soft, you kinda sunk into them. Too many decoration elements, it would be nice to have less of that so you can lay your things around with more ease (and eliminate the risk of breaking something).
The night shift team at the building's front desk where unnecessarily strict and not flexible. We had announced our late arrival previously, provided them with the necessary documentation upon arrival, they knew where we were going and yet they did not agree to open the parking gate for us (they could have pressed the button from their desk). We had to take the lift, go into the apartment, take the gate key, come down again, and then drive around the block to get to the gate and open it ourselves late at night.
When we asked if they could open the gate for us (from their desk) the following morning for the time of our leaving, they said that we had to repeat the proceeding (so basically take the gate key with us, leave, and then go back to the front gate to go upstairs to the apartment to leave the gate key). I kindly insisted about the unnecessary hassle of that and they realized it was indeed unnecessary, so they suggested we ask the day shift team about it, as they (the night shift) would not be there at the time of our leaving.
When we asked the day shift team the next morning, they immediately said "Sure, no prob! Just let us know when you're about to come down so we can keep an eye on the cameras to open the gate" :)
None of the gate key situation is the responsibility of Juan, nor it takes away from our great stay in the apartment, but it certainly did not add to the positive experience.
