12 living is spatious, modern apartment in the quiet part of Ancona, some 10 minutes on foot from city beach, the Passetto. Important thing - you get a free parking in front of the building.
The apartment itself has big living room, very stylish, with a lot of books on art, architecture, history, etc. Interior design is based on white color (architects appreciate that!) and it's functional, full of light. Kitchen - equipped with everything you need for long term stay.

The apartment was beautifully clean, tastefully furnished, and private parking was provided. It is a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay, in a relatively quiet location.
The price is on the higher side; however, if the apartment had air conditioning, I would consider the price completely reasonable.
The apartment itself was beautiful, but the lack of air conditioning is a major downside. It is very difficult to sleep at night without proper ventilation, and even with the windows open, the temperature inside remains very high.
Another issue was the renovation taking place in the apartment above us for one full day. It was clearly planned well in advance, as there was information posted on the door. Unfortunately, from around 9:00 a.m. the noise made our apartment practically uninhabitable — it was impossible to work, let alone rest.
I think it was a significant mistake not to inform us about this renovation before or during the booking process. Had we known in advance, we could at least have planned accordingly.
