Amazing beachfront stay with great hosts, but limited space and comfort

The best thing about this accommodation is its fantastic location right on Razo Beach in Arnados. A real highlight was the large rooftop terrace above the restaurant, which guests are allowed to use. It made our stay much more enjoyable and was the perfect place to relax with a beautiful sea view. Communication with the hosts/property managers was excellent throughout our stay. They always responded quickly, were friendly, and resolved any questions or issues efficiently.

We stayed in one of the smaller apartments (Apartment B). For four people, it feels quite cramped, especially if you're staying for more than a few days. Without access to the rooftop terrace, the overall experience would have been much less enjoyable. The apartment is very minimally equipped. There aren't enough dishes or kitchen utensils, and the bedroom lacks a wardrobe or dresser. During our two-week stay, we essentially had to live out of our suitcases. The building is also poorly soundproofed. You can clearly hear noisy neighbors, and from time to time - often late in the evening - the restaurant's ventilation system switches on. It's quite loud inside the apartment and can be disruptive when you're trying to fall asleep.

Very clean and very nice. Right across from the water/beach.

There was no oven, just a microwave. No freezer either but a refrigerator. It didn’t ruin our visit though.
