The hotel is small, clean and modern, and the room was spacious. The staff is very kind and attentive.
Japanese style breakfast was delicious. The evening Kaiseki course was excellent and the kids meal was a hit with my child.
After our evening meal we could eat marshmallows over a fire and they even gave us sparklers too.
The private onsen baths were clean, modern and relaxing.
The hotel location is a short walk from the Teddy Bear Museum.
There was no evening turn-down service. This was ok for us as we have slept on futons before, but for first time visitors not used to futon style beds, it might be a bit difficult.
