The remaining two bedrooms (a double and a twin) are located in the adjacent dependence, on the first floor. They both share a bathroom with shower. The tiny hamlet of Preggio is reachable on foot but, for every day shopping, Mercatale and Lisciano Niccone are only 12km away; the bigger Umbertide 18km. Within a short time guests can reach out interesting cultural destinations such as Cortona 30 Km; Perugia 28 Km; Città della Pieve, Città di Castello 35 km; San Sepolcro 49km. The impressive “Rocca di Pierle”, dated XIII century, raises on the valley 18km away, while Lake Trasimeno's beaches and bars are only 18 km away.
