Because of the lake + resort-style community setup, many of the homes / rentals there offer direct lake access, docks, waterfront views — so it’s a top draw for anyone wanting a lake getaway.
The overall vibe: it’s a gated, planned-community + resort-feel area — which means you get nature + privacy + amenity comfort (great package for STR rentals, vacationers, or visitors).

We recognize that travel plans may change. Please note that once a reservation is confirmed, certain operational costs are incurred. Our cancellation structure is as follows:
Non-Refundable Fee: All cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable fee. This covers administrative processing time, merchant transaction costs, and non-recoverable platform fees.
Refund Window Compliance (e.g., 14+ days prior to check-in): Guests will receive a refund of the booking cost minus the mandatory 10% fee.
Outside Refund Window: The standard cancellation policy selected at the time of booking will be strictly applied.
Recommendation: We strongly encourage the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard your investment against unforeseen circumstances.
Guest Verification & Damage Waiver: Required
For the safety and security of all guests and the property, a mandatory guest verification process is required via the Pre-arrival form..
Verification Process: Guests must submit a photograph of their driver’s license along with a current selfie.
Damage Waiver Fee: A non-refundable $50 per-stay damage waiver is required. This fee provides coverage for minor accidental property damage, ensuring a worry-free stay for all occupants.

This Norris Lake vacation rental is built for gathering — and for slipping away when you want to. The home spreads across three lakefront decks with multiple seating areas and spectacular year-round views of the water. Inside, comfortable dining seats 12, with another 12 outdoors, so the whole group can eat together.
The villa is finished to a high standard throughout: Smart TVs, fast and reliable internet, a coffee bar (bring your own K-cups), gorgeous new dishes and plenty of barware, a gas stove, and three ice makers. Downstairs you'll find your own indoor Tiki Bar — a favorite gathering spot after a day out on Norris Lake.
Bringing a boat or need to rent a boat? Just ask your host to provide local boat rental contact info. Also, boat slip does not come with this rental. Both marinas will rent them to you. Again, just ask your host!
Just minutes from The Greens Golf Club, tennis courts, and Chapman Hill Winery, this lakefront villa suits family reunions, golf trips, and quiet lake getaways alike.
A few things to know before you book: we provide sheets and blankets, but please bring your own towels. All five bedrooms are upstairs and reached by stairs — there are no bedrooms on the main level, though there is a convenient half bath on the main floor.

At 3,200 square feet, the villa sleeps 10 across five bedrooms, each with a king bed. Three bedrooms are ensuite — no waiting in line, no shared bathrooms. The open-plan living and dining area looks straight out to the lake, and the kitchen is stocked for people who want to cook a proper meal.
THE WATER
You're on the lake — not near it. Norris Lake is one of East Tennessee's cleanest and least crowded lakes. Kayaks, paddleboards, and a swim platform are steps from your back door. Want to bring a boat? Boat slips are available for rent at nearby Deerfield Cove Marina — Rent Our Casas does not own boat slips, so you'll need to arrange that separately.

We stayed at Lakefront Dream Villa during the off-season and it was absolutely wonderful. The lake was quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The views from the decks were incredible, especially in the morning with coffee while watching the fog roll over Norris Lake.
The house itself is beautiful, very clean, and incredibly spacious. Even with a smaller group, the layout made it feel cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the living areas were perfect for spending time together.
If you’re looking for a quiet lake getaway in the off-season, this home is perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

We just got back from a magical stay at the Lakefront Dream Villa and I’m already planning our next trip! This place lives up to its name and then some. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the spacious layout, high-end finishes, and panoramic lake views from nearly every room.
The house is huge—plenty of room for our whole group to spread out across all three levels. Each bedroom felt like its own private retreat, and the multiple decks made it easy to enjoy a morning coffee or evening wine while watching the sun dance on the water.
The kitchen was fully stocked (we cooked almost every night!), the Wi-Fi was blazing fast, and the private pool access was the cherry on top. Bonus points for the marina right nearby—we rented a boat for a day and explored the cove. Absolutely dreamy.
It’s obvious the hosts put a ton of care into the details—everything was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and exactly as described. We didn’t want to leave!
If you're looking for luxury, tranquility, and a perfect lakeside getaway, this is it. Book it—you won’t regret it!

Our stay at Lakefront Dream Villa was pure magic. The house is even more stunning in person—spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated on all three levels. The views of the lake were incredible from every deck, and we spent our mornings with coffee and our evenings with wine, just soaking it all in.
The kitchen had everything we needed (and then some), the beds were super comfortable, and the fiber internet was blazing fast—perfect for streaming, working remotely, or posting vacation pics that made everyone jealous.
Access to the private pool and being just a minute from Deerfield Cove Marina made lake life effortless. Our boat slip rental was smooth, and parking for our group of four vehicles was no issue at all.
Janine was an outstanding host—super responsive, thoughtful, and organized. Every little detail was clearly laid out, and it made for a totally stress-free stay. This villa felt more like a luxury retreat than a rental. We can’t wait to come back!
