About this apartment rental
This modern water villa has been built directly on the water, offering a truly special holiday experience. From morning until evening, enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the Marina Wendtorf marina. The holiday flat features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with access to a spacious balcony. In addition to the hob, the kitchen is equipped with an extra wok hob. Two bedrooms with double beds and flat-screen TVs, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room, provide accommodation for up to six people. Two bathrooms with underfloor heating ensure a special sense of well-being. The large bathroom features a rain shower with a steam bath function, a sauna and a whirlpool; the second bathroom has an additional shower. A television with a Blu-ray player, a soundbar with Bluetooth and a bioethanol fireplace complete the furnishings. The flat comes with a car parking space. A lift is available for the flats on the upper floors. As several flats of the same design are on offer, the furnishings may vary; the images shown are for illustrative purposes only. There are playgrounds available on the promenade. The laundry centre is open daily from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm. The activity centre offers children an indoor play area with slides and climbing frames, as well as black-light mini-golf for all ages. Entry is free for DanCenter guests. Rental exclusively to holidaymakers for holiday purposes.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

We got a great deal on this family-friendly apartment. The kids loved playing at the marina while we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. The kitchen was perfect for our meals together.
