And that great first impression doesn’t disappoint: You’ll find a lovingly furnished 3-room apartment with about 57 m² of living space and a furnished balcony measuring a good 6 m² facing the sunny southwest. This vacation rental can accommodate 1 to 3 people.


From the apartment’s entryway, you enter the combined living/dining room. The view through the light-filled room delights with a harmonious interplay of colors, materials, and decorations. The OptiFlame electric fireplace, English-style furniture, a comfortable couch, a wingback chair with a footstool, a large-screen flat-panel TV, a stereo system with an iPod dock, and the harmoniously integrated kitchen with dining area all exude good taste and coziness. The entire apartment is finished in light gray with high-gloss, large-format 60x60 porcelain stoneware tiles.


The high-quality LEICHT built-in kitchen is finished in elegant white and black and features a red granite countertop. It includes a small wine refrigerator, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a BORA 4-zone ceramic cooktop with induction and a downdraft range hood, a dishwasher, a microwave, and various small appliances that round out the kitchen equipment. Thanks to the coffee maker, automatic espresso pad machine, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, stand mixer, and electric lemon squeezer, among other items, you won’t have to do without any comforts. And in the spacious, well-lit glass tall cabinet, you’ll find the beautiful “Maria Weiß” porcelain from Rosenthal as well as elegant glassware. At the exquisite glass table with a column base, you can sit comfortably on wrought-iron armchairs with custom seat cushions and pillows.


Of course, free Wi-Fi and ironing supplies are also included in the apartment’s amenities.


The two bedrooms in your vacation home promise restful sleep with box-spring double beds at a comfortable height of 60 cm and sleeping surfaces measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m and 0.90 x 2.00 m, respectively. Both rooms can be darkened with a roller shade. The open closet area offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. The larger bedroom features an additional TV with a built-in DVD player.


The bathroom, finished in exclusive white and red granite and featuring a window, boasts a Hansgrohe shower panel with massage jets and a showerhead, two countertop sinks, and a rimless toilet. A magnificent mirror with wall sconces, ample storage space, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror, as well as a built-in radio in the outlet/switch system, round out the harmonious overall impression of the apartment.


The “Gelbe Calla” apartment is designed for 1–3 people. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, smoking inside the apartment and bringing pets are not permitted.


For children up to 3 years old, a portable crib and a sturdy wooden high chair are available.
