This property features 3 external security cameras: 1 Ring doorbell camera located by the front door facing the front entry, 1 camera located on the back of the home facing the backyard, and 1 camera located on the front of the home facing the front yard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The Ring doorbell camera records video and sound when activated by motion and the 2 other cameras will be turned off - NOTE: Trillium Links & Lake Club privileges are available for an additional fee ($75 per day, $350 per week, and $875 per month). This fee is paid directly to the club, not the owner. The club facilities are open from May-November. Application for amenities must be submitted prior to arrival
